We accept most major HMO's, all PPO's and Medicare. We understand the increasingly complex array of insurance requirements and claims procedures and will assist you by processing your claims. Co-pays, as mandated by your insurance, are expected at time of service. All payments, whether co-pay or self-pay, are due at the time of service. If your insurance plan requires that you have a referral from your primary care physician, please have your primary care physician fax it to our office at 210- 564-8399. We suggest you also please bring a copy of the referral with you for your initial visit at our office.
